PLC controlled, these machines can be specified with various wet and dry process stages to provide a very high level of cleanliness.

Higher levels of component surface cleanliness are achievable when compared with conventional single stage spray washers, whilst also maintaining the parts cosmetic appearance.

They have proved highly successful in cleaning parts prior to dye penetrent testing, which up until recently was only thought possible with the use of solvent based cleaning methods.
